Happy Valentine's Day!!

Brent gave me these gorgeous fire and ice roses! And my favorite candy, gobstopper hearts. I seriously should buy these in bulk because they only come around once a year! Like the elusive cadburry egg.

He also gave me 3 balloons. I love balloons! (You may realize there are only 2 in this picture.)

Ella claimed the 3rd one as hers. It is currently floating around the house and pops up in random rooms.

I like Valentine's Day!! I think it is currently a disliked holiday. I think it is considered chic or popular to shun a day of love. Probably by people who are alone!! Or cheap. Well, I am not alone and I love my husband, and I love celebrating our love together!!

Make Your Little Kitty Self At Home!!

Oh how Ella loves Molly. And although Ella mauls her to pieces, she is still so nice to Ella! Isn't that the face of pure love?

My bed is a big NO zone. Especially my pillow for goodness sake!! But she thinks if she is sneaky enough I won't catch on.

But I do!! I find her and I boot her unceremoniously from her the forbidden spot!

Furry Friend

This is the newest member to our little family! Her name is Molly.

Isn't she gorgeous! We adopted her from the Henderson Animal Shelter. She is only 5 months old and just tiny and petite. She is a "torbie". That means she is a mixture of a tortoise shell cat and a tabby cat. My favorite part is, the under side of her paws are black. It makes her look exotic. Ok, I'm a big dork, but she is the sweetest kitty ever, and lets Ella maul her to pieces, so she's worth it! She loves to cuddle and I love that.
